Supporting the Development of
New Immunotherapy Training Programs
We help high schools and community colleges develop new immunotherapy training programs that will increase the number and diversity of skilled technicians and the productivity of the sector on a national scale.
What we can do for you:
- Support the development of new immunotherapy educational programs.
- Share high school teacher kits and high school CTE curriculum.
- Facilitate communication among immunotherapy workforce training programs.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and results of initiatives for increasing enrollment of high school students, underrepresented groups, and displaced workers.

Strengthening the Connections between training programs and industry
The Immunotherapy BioHub addresses biomanufacturing workforce shortages—both regionally and nationally—in the emerging and rapidly-expanding immunotherapy and cell-therapy sectors. We are a resource center to support the development of new technician training programs at community and technical colleges. We focus on increasing the number and diversity of students who enter the immunotherapy manufacturing workforce.
This project builds on professional development workshops for high school teachers and outreach initiatives targeting high school students and underrepresented groups. We strive to establish deeper connections between high school curriculum, community college programs, and the immunotherapy industry and to provide clear roadmaps to individuals for high-pay positions with potential for career advancement.
